TopHat: The timber volumetric factory (135,000 sq ft) developed by Chris when he was Technical Director.  He was also led the early analysis that went into the second factory which is shown towards the end of the video.

UNITE Modular Solutions: This video shows the light gauge steel modular system and 180,000 sq ft factory developed by Chris Gaze as lead consultant - producing  8 -1 0 modules per shift.
